(PCI) is based in El Campo, Texas and has been providing quality and valuable construction services throughout South and Southwest Texas since 1986.  PCI's knowledge of general construction, construction management, project management, design/build and value engineering continues to afford our customers the best quality and value for their investment.

Our experience spans from residential to a broad range of commercial projects including educational / school facilities, parks, museums, churches, car washes, retail businesses, medical and healthcare facilities.  The aspect of repeat Clients which we have established during our history is a testament to our experience in staging, planning, phasing, and delivery of our projects.
